SPOKE Design, LLC provides optional SMS two-factor authentication for authorized administrators of WordPress websites that we manage. When enabled, SMS two-factor authentication adds an additional security step after the administrator enters their WordPress username and password. A one-time security code is sent to the mobile number saved in the administrator’s WordPress profile.
Enrollment is completed from inside the administrator’s secured WordPress account:
The consent checkbox is blank and unchecked by default. Enrollment is voluntary. A mobile number alone does not activate SMS two-factor authentication; the administrator must affirmatively check the consent box and save the profile.

Enrolled administrators receive one-time transactional security codes when attempting to sign in to a protected WordPress website. Messages are sent only in response to login activity. Message frequency varies. No advertising, promotional or marketing messages are sent through this program.

By checking the enrollment box, the administrator consents to receive one-time WordPress login security codes from SPOKE Design, LLC at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies.
