This ensures that calls and questions are answered quickly by a well-trained staff with extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
The wholesaler giant collaborated with Spoke to completely rethink and reinvent the company’s online brand. After an extensive discovery phase which yielded a site plan of over 80 content “buckets,” Spoke distilled the architecture into a user-centric design that balances business objectives with “crown jewel” customer support, and home town corporate personality.
The entire site resides on Monk Development’s premier Ekklesia 360 content management platform which allows multiple editors across different departments to maintain an array of content, including one of the most comprehensive Government Affairs healthcare policy libraries in the industry.
Additional features include a careers search engine, a departmentally-segmented FAQs section, and a customer conversion “kit.”
The site you see today is a redesign launched in December of 2011. The former site (created in 2009) was a winner at the 2010 eHealthcare Leadership Awards. This leading awards program recognizes the very best Web sites and business improvement initiatives of a wide range of healthcare organizations. We hope to have another winner with the redesigned property.
