Founded by Danielle Wiley in 2005, Foodmomiac is a mom blog with a focus on food. Launched with a heavy emphasis on content, the design had always taken a back seat, and it was a site with no logo or visual online brand.
Danielle partnered with Spoke to bring her strong written brand to life in a dynamic and visual way. Spoke gained a firm understanding of her online voice and POV, and translated that into a modern and compelling design that has received accolades and brought new life to the site. The site was also expanded into sub-blogs (Travelmomiac and Chicagomomiac) in a consistent way that managed to both support and extend the Foodmomiac brand.
Since its relaunch, Foodmomiac has been featured (twice!) on AdAge.com and has seen a dramatic increase (double, in fact) in both traffic and subscribers.
