We wish to thank our good friend and fellow conspirator, Mark Pannell, for writing this survey. We look forward to collaborating with him on future projects.

ABOUT THIS SURVEY

This survey was created by Mark Pannell, a self-proclaimed social media addict and tech geek. The methodology of the survey was simple: collect the information that Twitter users are most willing to share about themselves, while focusing on areas that could help improve their future experiences with companies that have embraced social media.

As one of the founders of Tattooleetup, Mark believes that sincerity is the most important trait an organization must possess when engaging customers via emerging channels. Mark also established Bridge to Toledo to improve the viability of tech start-ups in the Toledo area. His social media blog, SocialSev, focuses on web application start-ups and trends. He can be found on Twitter at @7son75 and wherever they're offering $.50 tacos.
